I have been a licensed massage therapist for over 13 years and specialize in therapeutic massage and medical massage. I use a combination of the following techniques to achieve the best possible results for each client: Deep Tissue, Thai, Swedish, Myofascial and Trigger Point Release. All sessions are tailored to the individual needs of each client.
For the past 8 years, I’ve been working with clients who’ve been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia using integrative massage techniques in order to sustain health and/or facilitate a healthier lifestyle. My goal and motto is “helping you live a relaxed life.”
